Title: Software Engineer (IBM ITX Developer)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior IBM ITX Developer with deep expertise in Healthcare EDI integrations. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting complex EDI mappings using IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) and ITX Healthcare Pack in an enterprise environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX / ITXA)
• SME-level expertise in ITX Healthcare Pack
• Strong EDI mapping & transformation experience
• Hands-on with EDI transactions: 837, 834, 835, 270 (plus 271, 276/277, 999, 277CA preferred)
• Experience with ITX REST APIs and adapters (MQ, DB, File, SOAP)
• Design and build type trees and maps (XML, CSV, JSON, Flat File)
• Debug, test, deploy, and support ITX mappings in production

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance complex EDI mappings
• Integrate multiple data formats and external systems
• Deploy, test, and support ITX solutions across environments
• Serve as SME for ITX & Healthcare EDI compliance
• Support CI/CD and DevOps integration for ITX workflows
• Provide production support and mentor junior developers
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Preferred Experience:

• IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, File Gateway, Integration Bus
• DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and relational databases

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
