Job Description: Project Role: Business Analyst (Capital market)
Location: Washington, DC
Project Role Description: Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
Summary: The candidate should have overall 10+ years experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis in Treasury domain, equities, derivatives, option, stock and Market Risk area. You will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, assessing current states, and identifying customer requirements to define future states or business solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams and ensure that the team follows the scrum framework during the development process.
