Technical Program Manager

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a 10-month contract position with our client in Menlo Park, CA.

Summary:
The Technical Program Manager is tasked with directing the development and execution of intricate, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role necessitates close collaboration with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver superior products and services that effectively address user and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern complex technical programs and projects across diverse organizational units.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate program status, progress, and impediments to pertinent stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technical program management, project management, or a closely related field.
• A robust comprehension of software development processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational acumen.
• The capability to concurrently manage multiple priorities within a rapidly evolving, dynamic environment.
• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience within the technology industry.
• Familiarity with a large-scale portfolio of products and services.

Pay rate up to $107.14 hourly depending on experience.
