Job Title: Workday Technical Lead
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite
Experience: 10+years
Job Description
Lead end-to-end Workday technical design and implementation across HCM and/or Financials
Own and architect Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect
Lead data migration/conversion activities and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Configure and support Workday security, domains, roles, and Business Process Framework
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Workday developers/consultants
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities

Required Skills
Strong experience as a Workday Technical Lead / Architect
Deep hands-on expertise in Workday Integrations
Experience with Workday Studio and complex integrations
Strong understanding of HCM and/or Financials
Experience with implementation, migration, or upgrade projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
