Position: Workday HR Consultant
Location: Onsite - Atlanta, GA
Duration: 1+ Year

We are seeking an experienced Workday HR Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Workday HR business processes and hands-on experience working with HR stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
Analyze HR business processes and translate requirements into Workday solutions.
Support Workday Core HCM, including organizations, staffing, business processes, security, and employee data.
Work with functional teams on areas such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, and Learning as applicable.
Develop, configure, and maintain Workday business processes, reports, calculated fields, condition rules, and security.
Support Workday integrations with internal and external applications.
Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, and issue resolution.
Participate in Workday implementations, upgrades, releases, enhancements, and production support activities.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT.
Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, finance, and other business stakeholders.
Provide guidance and recommendations on Workday best practices and process improvements.
Support Workday quarterly releases and assess their impact on existing configurations and integrations.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Workday HCM/HR or a related HRIS environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business processes.
Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, security, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, or production environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business/HR stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, or Learning.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, or other Workday integration technologies.
Workday certification in relevant HCM modules.
Experience with Workday security and advanced reporting.
Knowledge of HRIS integration and data migration processes.
