Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Engineer to architect the digital backbone of global HR operations through Workday. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday as a scalable, automated, and data-driven system across the employee lifecycle. The position plays a critical role in enabling a high-growth organization by ensuring system integrity, operational efficiency, and visibility into workforce data through advanced analytics and integrations.

Role Overview

The Senior HRIS Engineer will own the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Workday across Core HCM and related modules. The role involves leading the technical and functional execution of Workday initiatives, including system configuration, integrations, reporting, and release management. The engineer will act as the primary point of contact for Workday across HR, IT, and Finance, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
