Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support enterprise-level transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex SAP programs, coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams, and driving projects from planning through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs.
- Manage program scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, integration, data, security, and business teams.
- Work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Drive program governance, status reporting, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
- Manage dependencies across multiple SAP workstreams and integrated enterprise applications.
- Facilitate planning sessions, design reviews, technical discussions, and program-level decision-making.
- Track project KPIs, RAID logs, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery commitments.
- Support SAP S/4HANA cutover, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Identify program risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure effective execution across multiple teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager.
- Hands-on program management experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple technical and functional workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, dependency management, program governance, and delivery management.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar program management platforms.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with NVIDIA or similar large-scale technology/semiconductor organizations is highly preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA transformation or enterprise ERP modernization experience.
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, or SAP certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in highly complex global enterprise environments.
