Job Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you will support moderately complex Change Implementation initiatives within a Revenue Management platform transformation. This role will help deliver strategic pricing and revenue-management capabilities, strengthen governance, reduce manual processes, minimize revenue leakage, and improve adoption across Sales and Product organizations.
The Change Implementation Consultant will coordinate with an external platform vendor, Wells Fargo Technology, Product, Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to support tool rollout, migration, testing, training, operational readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
The role requires a self-starter who can quickly learn complex business processes, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively within an Agile delivery environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Change Implementation & Transformation
- Support large-scale pricing and revenue-management transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute implementation plans for phased rollouts and pilots
- Coordinate change-management activities across impacted business groups
- Identify adoption barriers and recommend practical solutions
- Support continuous improvement and operating-model development
Platform Rollout & Migration
- Coordinate phased deployment of the new revenue management platform
- Develop user onboarding journeys by:
- Persona
- Role
- Business process
- Training requirement
- Support data mapping, migration readiness, controls, and legacy-platform transition activities
- Coordinate migration milestones and production-readiness criteria
Agile Execution & Requirements
- Document detailed business requirements
- Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in backlog reviews, sprint ceremonies, and demonstrations
- Maintain requirements traceability through delivery
- Translate stakeholder discussions into actionable requirements
Functional Testing & UAT
- Design functional testing plans
- Develop UAT scenarios and test scripts
- Coordinate:

- Execute user testing and capture results
- Log and track defects and enhancements
- Coordinate issue resolution with Technology and vendor teams
Training & Adoption
- Develop training plans, user guides, and supporting materials
- Support train-the-trainer programs and change champion networks
- Conduct product walkthroughs and demonstrations
- Organize office hours and post-launch support
- Provide war-room support during critical rollout periods
- Establish adoption KPIs and feedback mechanisms
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as business liaison with the external platform vendor
- Align vendor deliverables, scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards
