The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Revenue Management, and external vendor teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the platform. This position combines change leadership, business analysis, user testing, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving to accelerate program outcomes and business value.

Team Overview

The team supports pricing and billing tools, revenue management, product commercialization, benchmarking, and strategic pricing initiatives across the organization. Team members collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Relationship Managers, and business stakeholders.

Business Need

The organization is entering a critical phase of an ongoing pricing transformation program and requires additional support to assist with:
  • Pricing platform implementation and user adoption
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
  • Migration from legacy pricing tools
  • Agile delivery activities
  • Year-end business and technology deliverables

This role will help increase team capacity, accelerate execution, and support successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive onboarding, training, and adoption activities for a new enterprise pricing platform.
  • Support organizational change management efforts and help users transition from legacy pricing tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Revenue Management teams to gather feedback and promote user adoption.
  • Participate in product testing, defect validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Assist with UAT planning, test case development, execution coordination, and issue tracking.
  • Support migration activities, including data validation, process documentation, and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal technology teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Help define business requirements, document user stories, and clarify acceptance criteria.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Learn business processes and systems quickly to become an effective contributor in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, or product validation activities.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional transformation or system implementation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Treasury Management, Treasury Services, or broader financial services experience.
  • Knowledge of pricing, billing, revenue management, or product commercialization processes.
  • Experience supporting pricing platform implementations or modernization efforts.
  • Background working within banking or large financial institutions.
  • Experience with change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
  • Prior involvement in enterprise transformation programs and large-scale technology migrations.

Success Factors

The successful candidate will:
  • Quickly understand business processes and systems.
  • Take initiative and proactively identify solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability.
  • Thrive in a collaborative hybrid work environment.
  • Ramp up quickly and contribute meaningful value within the first few weeks.

Ideal Candidate

You bring a combination of business transformation, testing, change management, and stakeholder engagement experience.
