Location: Charlotte, NC (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and organized professional to support the rollout and adoption of AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. This role focuses on coordination, communication, and driving user adoption rather than technical development. The ideal candidate will have a consultative personality, a passion for technology, and an excitement for helping teams embrace new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the structured rollout of AI tools across departments, managing timelines and tracking progress.
- Organize and coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to help employees build confidence with new AI tools.
- Assist in creating and distributing communication materials, starter kits, and FAQs to explain the value of AI.
- Monitor adoption metrics and usage data using tools like Excel or Power BI to identify trends.
- Build and maintain SharePoint pages or internal portals to serve as central hubs for AI resources.
- Partner with IT, HR, and department leaders to understand needs and support change management efforts.
- Gather user feedback to identify barriers and propose solutions to improve engagement.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, technology enablement, training, or a related field. Experience with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude is required.
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, and charts. Experience with SharePoint site creation or content management is also required. A demonstrated interest in building AI agents is essential.
Professional Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude. Must possess a problem-solving, solutions-oriented, and consultative personality. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with internal communications or change management.
- A strong curiosity and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
