Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Infrastructure Vulnerability Remediation Coordinator for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX or Pennington, NJ. This is an 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for designing and managing the implementation of on-premises infrastructure solutions. Candidates will need a strong understanding of networking (routing, firewalls, load balancers), computing (bare metal and virtual), and storage (NAS and SAN) to manage the lifecycle of aged infrastructure and implement new technologies. A hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite is required.
Responsibilities: - Design and manage the implementation of infrastructure solutions for on-premises projects
- Identify, prioritize, and coordinate vulnerability remediation efforts
- Manage aged infrastructure, technical debt, and end-of-life/end-of-support transitions
- Lead infrastructure deployment projects, tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks
- Execute infrastructure changes in controlled environments
- Support problem resolution during implementations
Requirements: - Strong understanding of networking (routing, firewalls, load balancers), computing (bare metal and virtual), and storage (NAS and SAN)
- Experience with vulnerability remediation
- Experience with lifecycle management of technology infrastructure
- Knowledge of infrastructure hardening and risk mitigation
- Experience with project and implementation management
- Experience with change management processes
- Experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Desired skills: - Cloud exposure (hybrid infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ansible)
- Knowledge of container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- ITIL or infrastructure/architecture certifications
Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
