Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Architect to design and deliver scalable Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions for enterprise clients.
Required Skills:

8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in an Architect/Technical Lead role
Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Omni-Channel, CTI, Experience Cloud
Hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
Knowledge of Platform Events, Change Data Capture, OmniStudio
Experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT or other DevOps tools
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and Agile/Scrum
Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred

Nice to Have:

Einstein AI, Einstein Bots, Case Classification, Next Best Action
