Summary

We have two exciting opportunities for Salesforce professionals with Agentforce and Data 360 experience.

Role 1: Salesforce Business Analyst

  • Salesforce, Agentforce & Data 360
  • Process Mapping & Requirements Validation
  • AI-Generated Process Maps & Acceptance Criteria
  • Hands-on experience mapping and deploying bots using Agentforce
  • FEMA Public Assistance workflow validation

Role 2: Senior Salesforce Developer

  • Salesforce Development & Data 360
  • Hands-on Agentforce Development, Deployment & Live Implementation
  • Einstein Prompt Engineering
  • Trust Layer Governance
  • RAG, Grounding Architecture & Content Structuring
