Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Architect
Location: Remote (US)
 
Role Summary
 
We're hiring a Data Cloud Architect to unify customer data across Salesforce and external sources. You'll design the data foundation that powers personalization, segmentation, and AI-driven experiences.
 
Responsibilities -
  • Design the Data Cloud architecture: data streams, data model objects, and harmonization
  • Define identity resolution rules and unified customer profile strategy
  • Build segmentation, calculated insights, and activation to Marketing Cloud and other channels
  • Own data governance, privacy, and consent management
  • Lead integration design with ETL tools, APIs, and cloud data platforms
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT stakeholders

Must-Have Skills - 

  • 10+ years in Salesforce, with 4+ years hands-on in Data Cloud (Data 360)
  • Strong understanding of CDP concepts, identity resolution, and data modeling
  • Experience with Data Cloud to Marketing Cloud activation
  • SQL and data transformation experience
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Architect certification preferred

Nice to Have -

  • Experience integrating Workday or other finance/HR systems (relevant given Xerago's Workday-to-SuccessFactors ask in your notes)
  • Experience with Agentforce or AI-driven personalization
  • Client-facing consulting background
