Senior Implementation Consultant
We are partnering with our client to hire a Senior Implementation Consultant in Chicago, Illinois for a fully remote, contract opportunity. Our client is looking for a client-facing implementation professional who can manage multiple concurrent projects, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions on a Salesforce based platform. This is an exciting chance to join a high-volume, pod-based delivery environment that emphasizes collaboration, strong communication and practical use of AI tools to drive efficiency. Responsibilities
Support end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, including implementing cloud-based software on the Salesforce platform
Follow project methodology and tools to drive successful outcomes for internal teams and client stakeholders
Gather requirements, write user stories, and support enhancements across multiple concurrent projects
Perform hands-on configuration using Salesforce and internal tools
Lead and support testing, documentation, environment migrations and user story management
Participate in general project activities including attending meetings, taking notes and giving demonstrations
Communicate clearly and consistently with internal stakeholders and client teams
Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, problem-solving and innovation in day-to-day work
Document and share AI use cases and best practices to support continuous learning and elevate team performance
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience working with external clients on technology projects
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred)
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Professional written, verbal and presentation skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce, and Gearset
Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into day-to-day work to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborative approach working with teams of varying sizes and clients in different industries
Key Details
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $60 - $70 per hour
