RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee.

We're looking for a highly organized and versatile professional who enjoys supporting multiple areas of a business, including operations, human resources, marketing, finance, and executive administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly, and can effectively balance a variety of responsibilities. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you'll help support critical business functions, serve as a liaison with external partners, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee-related processes
* Act as the primary liaison between the company and its PEO partner
* Assist with payroll coordination and employee documentation
* Schedule and distribute marketing emails, newsletters, and communications
* Maintain contact lists and support partner marketing initiatives
* Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and digital content
* Track deliverables and help keep projects on schedule
* Process and manage customer invoices
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for leadership
* Manage equipment purchases and maintain asset records
* Support day-to-day business operations and special projects as needed
* Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in operations, office administration, business support, project coordination, or a related role
* Experience supporting invoicing, billing, or administrative accounting processes
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Preferred:
* Experience supporting HR-related processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, or employee programs
* Experience working within a technology, SaaS, fintech, or startup environment
* Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) or outsourced HR providers
* Exposure to marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content distribution activities
Technical Skills:
* Salesforce
* ClickUp
* Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
* HubSpot, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms
* QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
