Summary
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in data operations, production support, application/platform support, campaign operations, analytics operations, or a similar data-intensive environment.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and validate large datasets and investigate data discrepancies.
- Experience supporting scheduled production workflows, batch processing, or data pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform first-level analysis before escalating issues.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and operational quality-control processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaign deliverables, incidents, and operational priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Preferred Technical Experience:
Experience in some of the following would be beneficial:
- Snowflake
- SQL
- Production data pipelines / ETL
- Workflow scheduling and orchestration
- Power BI or similar reporting/QC tools
- SFTP/file-based integrations
- Jira / Confluence or comparable work-management/documentation tools
