JOB:Event & Demo Operations Specialist-5567
LOCATION: Barcelona, Spain or Antwerp, Belgium (Mostly Remote)

Event operations coordinator with 1-3 years of corporate events/trade show experience, strong logistics coordination, hands-on equipment setup and troubleshooting skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel 30% across Europe.

Must-Have Skills
- Event Logistics: 1-3 years organizing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, or field marketing events.
- Equipment Handling: Comfortable physically assembling, packing, shipping, and setting up demo equipment and event displays.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to use hand tools (drills, wrenches, etc.).
- Vendor Coordination: Experience managing event vendors, shipping, venue arrangements, registrations, and schedules.
- Project Coordination: Able to independently manage multiple events, timelines, and competing priorities.
- Communication: Fluent English with experience leading coordination meetings and working across teams.

Locations: either Barcelona, Spain or Antwerp, Belgium. Schedule: Requires flexibility when we're in high event season (April to end of June and September to early December). The rest of the time it should be pretty much 9-5pm. Must be fluent in English. Position is remote and will not be going into an office. But they would need to travel to our warehouses from time to time to do a demo inventory check.
