Summary

Description:
CIMA Aviation is seeking skilled and motivated Cleaning and Final Service Technician with a hunger for knowledge and a passion for aviation repair to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for working with their hands, utilizing various tools and materials.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of designated components, equipment, and work areas according to established standards and protocols.
Conduct final inspections and services on components to ensure all aspects meet quality and safety requirements before handover or use.
Operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations during cleaning and servicing activities.
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and inspections.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning and final service duties.

Requirements:
Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, sanitation, or final service roles preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliability and punctuality.
This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception.

Ability to perform consistent work on a computer with prolonged view of a monitor/screen.
Specific Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must be able to see, talk, hear, touch, feel and reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to frequently walk and stand for short periods of time.
Must be able to lift and move up to 25lbs
Normal office environment with moderate noise levels, prolonged sitting, and regular walking, bending, standing, and reaching.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Compensation

Hourly position commensurate with experience level and skill level and/or certifications.
