Job Summary:

Provide technical support to engineering teams by assisting with electrical testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and root cause investigations. This role follows established procedures and supports engineering projects in a structured technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support engineers with testing and technical tasks.

Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes of issues.

Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.

Assist with corrective actions and process improvements.

Support equipment setup, maintenance, and daily operations.

Record and track technical data accurately.

Follow safety guidelines and established work procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree, technical certification, or related experience.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment.

Familiarity with equipment maintenance and technical documentation.
