Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Dallas, TX 75231 (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive new business growth by identifying prospects, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B sales background, preferably in automotive software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the company's sales strategy and sales playbook.
Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth implementation.
Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in B2B sales.
Experience selling software/SaaS solutions preferred.
Automotive industry sales experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with dealership owners, General Managers, CRM Managers, or Marketing Managers is a plus.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 40% within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

Automotive dealership sales.
SaaS or software sales.
CRM or Digital Marketing solutions sales.
Territory sales and account management.
