This Operations Spec. resource will provide pricing strategy support services to the Firm Strategy organisation and assist with the execution of pricing-related initiatives, projects, enhancements, and process improvement efforts.
The individual will collaborate with branch teams and key stakeholders to support the implementation of pricing initiatives, including pricing exception activities, pricing test-and-learn programs, market tests, and other pricing-related changes. The resource will leverage pricing expertise, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to support business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the execution of pricing-related projects, enhancements, process improvement efforts, test-and-learn initiatives, market tests, and implementation of pricing solutions.
- Partner with branch teams and stakeholders, including Firm Analytics, WMAS, Operations, and other business groups, to gather requirements, analyze information, and support pricing initiatives.
- Support adherence to established risk controls, policies, and procedures by documenting actions, tracking issues, and maintaining appropriate records associated with assigned initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations related to pricing initiatives, processes, and operational activities.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding pricing-related initiatives, processes, and activities by researching issues, providing information, and facilitating resolution as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of pricing-related processes, systems, and workflows.
- Analyze data and business requirements to support decision-making and implementation activities related to pricing strategies.
- Participate in project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to support successful delivery of pricing initiatives.
