Application Analyst – Integrations
Location: Detroit, MI
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Position Level: Senior Application Analyst / Integration Analyst

Perform SQL queries, data validation, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, application administrators, vendors, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex integration issues.
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Work directly with business users to understand operational workflows, business requirements, and application dependencies.
Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate documentation, confirm requirements, and obtain approvals.
Clearly explain technical integration concepts and business impacts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Identify integration risks, dependencies, and potential impacts on downstream applications and business processes.
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure integration solutions meet business objectives.
Testing, Troubleshooting & Production Support
Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for application integrations.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and end-to-end workflow validation.
Validate data accuracy, business rules, interface processing, and application functionality.
Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and document resolutions.

Provide knowledge transfer, technical guidance, and training to business users and support teams.
