Responsibilities:
Manages multiple small to medium sized projects
Works with project stakeholders to develop an objective-based comprehensive project plan as per allocated time and budget
Establishes, builds rapport, and maintains relationships with stakeholders, third parties and vendors to ensure their coordination with internal resources
Creates, builds, and updates project schedules, project charters, status reports and work breakdown structures
Sets priorities, defines dependencies, and schedules activities
Tracks and reports on financial data, performance, and status of multiple projects by leveraging project management tools and techniques; continually reviews and makes recommendations to ensure adequate availability of resources
Communicates to team members and stakeholders via Project Management Office project update methods
Identifies key project risks and manages them to ensure the delivery of business goals; escalates issues to management as needed
Facilitates and determines the resolution of project-related conflicts including necessary corrective action(s)
Ensures consistency and adherence to corporate operational standards and processes
Ensures proper project closure including lessons learned
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
