Role OverviewAs a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based healthcare technology projects (Physician Solutions / OneView) from start to finish. You will keep initiatives on schedule, manage project budgets, align technical teams, and ensure solutions deliver real business value.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery: Lead complex IT projects across the full software lifecycle—from discovery and design through development, testing, release, and operational adoption.
Roadmap & Dependencies: Manage project schedules, identify critical-path dependencies, and resolve risks early to keep milestones on track.
Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Development Leads, and external vendors to facilitate decisions and remove roadblocks.
Financial Management: Track project budgets (CapEx/OpEx), maintain high forecast accuracy, and ensure proper time-tracking compliance.
Reporting & Governance: Provide executive status reports, manage project changes/scope, and follow PMO governance best practices.

Key QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in IT, including at least 3+ years managing complex IT projects.
Methodologies: Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycles.
Tech Focus: Experience running projects with cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
Tools & Skills: Hands-on experience with PPM tools (Targetprocess, Jira, MS Project) and strong financial/capacity planning skills.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma.
