Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, integrations, and platform architecture. This role will be key to delivering solutions that align with business goals and enterprise service management strategies.

Experience and Skills

• 6 years of ServiceNow development experience

• Strong experience with ITSM and CMDB

• Exposure to ITOM, GRC, or Compliance modules is a plus

• Understanding of ITIL best practices

• Experience supporting infrastructure and operational technology environments

• Experience with automation, integrations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
