Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Work Schedule: 4/10 First Shift, Monday to Thursday 10 hours per day.
Pay Rate: $68.85 /hr on W2 [the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications]

Skills Required:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
· Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
· Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
· Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
· Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
· Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes, and system table structure
· Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Job Description:
· We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on workflow design and automation.
· This role will support the development, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience across the organization.
· This includes multiple instances and a complex development ecosystem.
· Develop and maintain custom workflows/flows, APIs and other capabilities as needed/assigned.
· Develop and maintain unit tests as part of development cycle.
· Maintain Knowledge Articles as associated with functionality and as assigned.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
