RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst III in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support cybersecurity governance, process improvement, reporting, security awareness, and governance technology initiatives. This role combines governance, business analysis, process optimization, technology administration, automation, and data analytics to improve cybersecurity program maturity, operational effectiveness, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, playbooks, workflows, and governance documentation
* Analyze and improve cybersecurity processes, controls, and governance activities
* Manage issue tracking, remediation plans, exception management, and governance action items
* Support cybersecurity maturity assessments, reporting, remediation tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Partner with cybersecurity and business stakeholders to drive governance programs and process improvements
* Configure and support GRC, governance, and security awareness platforms
* Develop workflows, dashboards, reporting, approvals, and automation solutions
* Leverage low-code/no-code tools, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to streamline governance processes
* Support system integrations, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements
* Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, phishing simulations, training campaigns, and communications
* Administer security awareness platforms and related reporting
* Analyze awareness metrics and human risk trends to improve program effectiveness
* Develop dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, KRIs, and executive reporting
* Analyze governance and operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
* Support strategic cybersecurity initiatives through research, documentation, analysis, and coordination
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, risk management, compliance, security awareness, IT governance, or related areas
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk management, controls, policies, standards, and reporting
* Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving cybersecurity or IT processes
* Hands-on experience administering technology platforms, workflows, reporting solutions, or governance tools
* Knowledge of workflow automation, APIs, integrations, and data management concepts
* Experience creating dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and executive reporting
* Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, or operational efficiency
* Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with GRC and security awareness platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Onspring, Proofpoint, KnowBe4, Hoxhunt, or similar technologies
* Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, ServiceNow Flow Designer, or other workflow automation tools
* Familiarity with enterprise AI tools, copilots, AI agents, and intelligent automation
* Experience with process mapping, business process analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
* Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, COBIT, or similar frameworks
* Experience supporting audits, assessments, and compliance programs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
