Position: Validation, Compliance & Testing Lead

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 12 Months

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend scrum ceremonies as needed to support Validation and Testing deliverables

• Engage, guide and support each team’s validation activities from pre-QA through go-live weekend and hypercare.

COMPLIANCE & APPLICATION LIFECYCLE

• Administer asset-management projects, cards and related setup; complete administrator training as needed.

• Serve as IRIS Change Manager, administrator and subject-matter expert for change controls. Manage approvals required from IT Application Owner

• Support IT Application Owner for audit-related questions and concerns.

• Keep Life of System documentation current and audit-ready.

• Coordinate application decommissioning and retirement activities when required.

VALIDATION & TESTING

• Review and approve test-script documentation on behalf of the IT Application Owner.

• Support the automation team and help align automated testing with validation expectations.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

• Identify improvement opportunities, communicate recommendations and support implementation across the team.

• Maintain the Validation Documentation – Leads and Delegates Matrix Confluence page.

• Maintain the Training and Access Confluence page.

TEAM ENABLEMENT & STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP

• Lead responses to training and access questions and help teams resolve access needs.

• Participate across scrum teams as a validation-process subject-matter expert with working knowledge of system functionality.

• Lead the weekly Compliance & Testing meeting.

• Work closely with EQ, ISRM, Privacy and RIM compliance partners in support of the IT Application Owner

• Partner with Training teams to resolve training issues.

• Maintain the VAAT Confluence space.

CORE CAPABILITIES

• Strong knowledge of validation processes, testing controls and application lifecycle documentation.

• Ability to translate compliance expectations into practical guidance for delivery teams.

• Effective facilitation, stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Working familiarity with change control, audit support, Confluence administration and access/training processes.
