Lead Archer Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Lead Archer Architect in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for RSA Archer and associated GRC capabilities
* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Archer applications, workflows, access controls, reports, and dashboards
* Translate governance, risk, regulatory, compliance, and security requirements into effective technical solutions
* Architect and oversee Archer data feeds, REST APIs, integrations, and enterprise data flows
* Support integrations with platforms such as Snowflake, Navex, ProcessUnity, identity services, and other enterprise systems
* Establish architecture standards, design documentation, testing requirements, release controls, and production-readiness practices
* Evaluate platform decisions based on security, performance, scalability, resiliency, maintainability, and technical debt
* Provide architectural oversight for platform enhancements, upgrades, releases, and modernization initiatives
* Lead complex technical initiatives across business, security, engineering, operations, architecture, and vendor teams
* Monitor platform health and drive strategies around performance, incidents, upgrades, testing, and technical-risk reduction
* Establish integration and configuration standards that improve platform reliability and supportability
* Develop technical documentation, architecture decision records, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials
* Provide technical leadership and influence architectural decisions without direct people-management responsibility

REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive hands-on experience architecting, configuring, and supporting RSA Archer in enterprise environments
* Strong experience with Archer applications, workflows, access controls, dashboards, reports, data feeds, and REST APIs
* Experience designing enterprise GRC integrations and complex data flows
* Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, regulatory, and security requirements
* Experience with Archer platform upgrades, releases, testing, performance optimization, and production readiness
* Experience integrating Archer with enterprise systems and third-party platforms
* Working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or .NET for integrations and automation
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and technical-risk management
* Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across cross-functional teams and external vendors
* Strong architecture documentation and technical decision-making skills
* Ability to communicate complex technical recommendations to senior business and technology stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
