Job Description
We are seeking a Hardware Engineering - Verification Engineer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical system-level verification, test infrastructure development, and automation and a proven ability to define verification requirements, execute comprehensive test plans, and deliver clear, data-driven results for new product designs.
Responsibilities:
- Define electrical verification methodologies for multiple systems in partnership with researchers, architects, and design teams.
- Develop and track detailed test plans for modules and top-level systems, including coverage and exit criteria.
- Define, architect, design, and drive implementation of scalable automated test infrastructure.
- Monitor coverage metrics, manage defect tracking, and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Own execution, interpretation, and reporting of electrical system-level verification status and results.
- Support system bring-up and debug activities across hardware and firmware interfaces.
- Clearly communicate test strategies, plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience defining verification requirements and coverage strategies for complex systems.
- Demonstrated ownership of product verification areas from planning through report-out.
- Hands-on expertise in test automation definition, architecture, design, and implementation.
- Working knowledge of C#, Python, and LabVIEW for test development and automation.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and system-level validation practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with firmware verification and hardware-firmware integration testing.
- Background in signal integrity concepts as applied to system-level electrical testing.
