Job Overview: The Commercial Card Solutions Technical Support Specialist II provides technical support to high-value Commercial Card clients and internal Treasury Management partners. This includes assisting Relationship Managers, Relationship Support Specialists, and Account Managers. The role involves resolving complex technical issues, providing training, and ensuring clients optimize card services.
Responsibilities: - Research and resolve complex technical issues for internal partners and high-value clients.
- Monitor internal email boxes for incoming research requests.
- Assist clients with post-implementation training needs.
- Provide periodic updates to internal partners to ensure clients are optimizing card services.
- Fulfill reporting and other support duties as necessary to deliver results to clients and partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced team members.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED.
- Five (5) years of client servicing, implementations, or technical support experience.
Preferences: Skills and Competencies: - Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to manage workload effectively.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
