RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician. In this role, the IT Helpdesk Technician will be providing Tier 1 phone support for corporate business users focusing on PC's, mobile devices, and generic apps/MS Office. Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Houston, TX office 3-4 days per week. REQUIREMENTS: * Bilingual English/Japanese skills or experience working for a Japanese company are a plus, but not a requirement * To be considered
