Pay Range:$150,000-$175,000 Per Year

Description
Seeking an experienced leader focused on AI Operations, Incident, and Problem Management.
Based in Baltimore, MD, this full-time role involves strategizing and enhancing enterprise support capabilities to minimize incidents and enhance service availability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technology leadership background, with a focus on automation, data-driven decision-making, and proactive operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategy for Incident and Problem Management, and Application Support.
Lead major incident management and improve response processes and communication.
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee Level 2 Application Support to ensure effective troubleshooting and service restoration.
Advance AI Ops and automation to transform incident detection and resolution processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10 years of experience in Technology organizations supporting enterprise environments.
7 years of leadership experience in operational support and incident management.
Strong understanding of application architectures, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
Proven experience with automation and AI-driven operational solutions.
