Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Proven ability to coach teams that are new or relatively immature in Agile practices
Deep understanding of Scrum ceremonies, Agile frameworks, and best practices, with the confidence to hold teams accountable
Experience working with medium-to-large development teams, including distributed/onshore-offshore models
Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand system-level discussions and call out BS when necessary
AWS (including ECS)
Messaging frameworks (Kafka or similar)
Relational databases (Postgres, MySQL)
Web services and APIs
Data-intensive systems and integrations

Nice to have:

Experience supporting payroll, compensation, or crew-related systems
Prior experience introducing Scrum Master roles into teams without existing Agile structure
Scrum Master or Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
