Role: Senior Scrum Master

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery excellence, coach cross-functional teams, and support organizational Agile maturity. The ideal candidate will bring strong Scrum Master experience, Agile coaching, servant leadership, organizational change management, and team facilitation skills.
This role will focus on enabling high-performing delivery teams, removing impediments, improving transparency and collaboration, and helping the organization adopt and continuously improve Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide delivery teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.
Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams become increasingly self-organizing and high-performing.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders toward greater Scrum and Agile maturity.
Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team activities, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Agile sessions.
Facilitate effective team discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team-building activities.
Support Product Owners with product backlog grooming, refinement, prioritization, and maintenance.
Improve communication, collaboration, visibility, and transparency across delivery teams and stakeholders.
Apply and support Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and related frameworks.
Help teams and stakeholders navigate organizational and process changes through effective Change Management practices.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help teams implement measurable improvements.
Develop and monitor KPIs and Agile delivery metrics to assess team performance and delivery health.
Prepare and maintain product delivery timelines, status reports, communication plans, and other project/product documentation.
Collaborate with leadership, Product Owners, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to support successful product delivery.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and sustainable delivery.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional Scrum Master experience.
Active Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Hands-on experience with Organizational Change Management / Change Management.
Strong Agile coaching and servant leadership capabilities.
Strong experience facilitating team ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and management.
Proven ability to identify and remove delivery impediments.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, work-from-home environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience defining, tracking, and improving KPIs and Agile metrics.
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project-tracking tools.
Experience working with SAFe, Kanban, XP, or other Agile frameworks.

Status reports
Communication plans
Delivery documentation
Experience coaching multiple teams or supporting Agile transformation initiatives.
Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
