  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, Validation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Support teams throughout the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements and planning, development, testing, validation, deployment, and transition to production support.
  • Identify, track, and help remove impediments that impact team productivity, delivery timelines, quality, or release readiness.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication across multiple business, technology, infrastructure, and support teams.
  • Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, and blockers and provide appropriate visibility to stakeholders.
  • Support release planning and coordination to ensure development, testing, validation, and deployment activities are properly aligned.
  • Help ensure that applications and solutions meet required quality, testing, validation, and operational readiness standards prior to deployment.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of delivered solutions to production support and operational teams, including knowledge transfer and post-deployment support activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve team processes, collaboration, predictability, and delivery efficiency.
  • Work effectively with geographically distributed teams and demonstrate flexibility in supporting team members and stakeholders across EST through PST time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile and Scrum ceremonies and supporting multiple cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the complete delivery lifecycle, including:
