Key Responsibilities & Skills

Core Requirements:

2+ Years Experience: Business analysis, project management, and user requirements gathering.
Data Lineage & Governance: Hands-on experience with source-to-target data mapping, metadata, data dictionaries, and data lineage.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and ability to align business goals with technical teams.
Tools & Office Suite: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and work tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Public Health, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Informatica Experience: Familiarity with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
Domain Knowledge: Experience with grant-funded projects, public health, healthcare analytics, or rural health initiatives.
