Data Governance Analyst

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of strong experience with Informatica Data Governance tools (e.g., Axon, EDC, IDQ)
• 2+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• 5+ years of experience with API integrations and workflow automation
• 5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
• 3+ years of understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
• 3+ years of expertise in data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage
• 5+ years of knowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata management
• 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments; meeting project deliverables and deadlines; exercising sound judgment in critical decision-making; and analyzing complex information to develop actionable solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure, negotiate among multiple stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and build strong working relationships across all levels of personnel

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations (PII) relevant to data management and governance
• 2+ years of experience with data-focused projects, such as legacy-to-modern system migrations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with coursework in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a related field
