Summary

Job Title: Change Management Lead – MDM & Data Governance

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-12 months

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a senior Organizational Change Management / Business Change Consultant for an enterprise MDM and Data Governance transformation program.

This is primarily a business-change role, not a technical Informatica development position. The consultant will be responsible for areas such as:

  • OCM / Change Strategy
  • Change Impact Assessment
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Business Readiness
  • Training Strategy
  • Communications Planning
  • Change Adoption and Measurement
  • MDM / Data Governance transformation

The program includes the Informatica ecosystem around Supplier 360, Reference 360, CD CDQ, and IDMC/integration. Hands-on technical expertise across all these products is not required, but we need someone who can translate data and technology changes into impacts on business processes, roles, data stewardship, training, and user adoption.
