Client Support Technician

Position Description and Job Skill Set Provides a full range of on-site and remote end-user support for the network. Repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications. Respond to help desk requests via phone, chat, or in person. Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems. Set up new workstations and manage onboarding or offboarding tasks, including user account creation and permission setups.
