Execute a multi-year roadmap to modernize the companys order management and invoicing application. Operate as the management focal point for the program and between the Clean Earth business/operations, IT, and strategic partners at all phases of the program. Primary Responsibilities: Partner closely with Product Owner(s)/Team(s), Clean Earth operations, customer service, sales, sales operations, business process improvement and marketing teams to measure and oversee customer experience quality t
