About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced SQL, PeopleSoft HCM along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Job Summary:
- Business Analyst with 7+ years of expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Job data, advanced SQL, and effective-dated (EFFDT) records.
- Strong background in requirements analysis, complex SQL joins, FTP/SFTP file transfers, data integration, and collaborating with technical/business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical requirements into business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Develop complex SQL queries and analyze EFFDT data.
- Support FTP/SFTP integrations and data transfers.
- Analyze PeopleSoft Benefits, Payroll, and Job tables.
- Document findings, requirements, impacts, and solutions.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years Business Analyst experience
