About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced SQL, PeopleSoft HCM along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Job Summary:

• Business Analyst with 7+ years of expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Job data, advanced SQL, and effective-dated (EFFDT) records.
• Strong background in requirements analysis, complex SQL joins, FTP/SFTP file transfers, data integration, and collaborating with technical/business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate technical requirements into business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Develop complex SQL queries and analyze EFFDT data.
• Support FTP/SFTP integrations and data transfers.
• Analyze PeopleSoft Benefits, Payroll, and Job tables.
• Document findings, requirements, impacts, and solutions.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years Business Analyst experience
• Advanced SQL & complex joins
• PeopleSoft HCM: Benefits, Payroll, Job
• EFFDT / effective-dated records
• FTP/SFTP & data transfers
• Requirements analysis & stakeholder management
