Job Description
We are seeking a Level 9 - EDE: ELN Signals Product Analyst to join our team supporting US Products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GxP-regulated IT systems, electronic laboratory notebooks such as Revvity Signals, and SDLC methodologies and a proven ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable ELN solutions and workflows. This role supports remote work with a preference for local candidates able to work on-site in Rahway, NJ or within a one-hour drive and aligned to the EST time zone. No visa restrictions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as product analyst for ELN Signals, translating scientific and business requirements into compliant system capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with GxP regulations across design, configuration, validation, and change control activities.
- Plan and execute work using Agile and Waterfall practices, including backlog management in Jira and documentation in Confluence.
- Develop and manage test plans and scripts using standard testing tools, ensuring traceability and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and downstream analytics teams to enable reliable data capture and reporting.
- Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for ELN workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of GxP regulations and their application in IT systems. 3+ years.
- Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory notebooks, such as Revvity Signals. 3+ years.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. 3+ years.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, testing tools, and Confluence. 3+ years.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 3+ years.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience implementing end-to-end scientific workflows in e-notebooks or laboratory systems.
- Knowledge of data governance and FAIR data principles.
- Experience partnering with downstream dashboard, analytics, or reporting teams to ensure scientific and operational outcomes.
