Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst with strong expertise in Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN)GxP regulations, and scientific/laboratory IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revvity Signals or similar ELN platforms and a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, testing, and Agile/Waterfall environments.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience with GxP regulations and their application to IT systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), preferably Revvity Signals.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and testing tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business, scientific, technical, and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience implementing end-to-end scientific workflows in ELN or other laboratory systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance and FAIR data principles.
  • Experience partnering with downstream dashboard, analytics, and reporting teams to ensure scientific and operational data requirements are met.
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and scientific requirements related to ELN and laboratory systems.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of Revvity Signals/ELN solutions.
  • Ensure solutions comply with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with scientific, business, IT, and data teams to define and document requirements.
  • Support SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and implementation.
  • Manage requirements, user stories, and project activities using Jira and Confluence.
  • Support testing activities and coordinate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Help establish and maintain scientific data governance and workflow standards.
  • Partner with analytics and reporting teams to ensure downstream data needs are addressed.
