job summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join an enterprise Research Infrastructure team supporting a major global pharmaceutical client. In this role, you will lead the technical rollout, validation, and cloud configuration for an enterprise Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform. You will serve as the core technical point of contact for instrument connections, cloud resource provisioning, and deployment oversight.

responsibilities:
- Assist technical leadership with platform architecture design and configure AWS cloud resources for business workflows.
- Manage daily activities of lab deployment resources and serve as the primary support lead for Agilent Instrument Controllers (AIC) and PC imaging.
- Author and execute IQ/OQ validation test scripts while ensuring all SDLC documentation meets GxP regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot complex software, PC image, and laboratory instrument connectivity issues during lab migrations.
qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x platforms.
Extensive experience supporting Chromatography Data Systems (400+ users/instruments) in regulated pharmaceutical R&D environments.
Strong working knowledge of authoring and executing IQ/OQ test cases and handling system upgrades under GxP compliance.
Proven supervisory experience leading small teams of technical or deployment resources.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Practical experience requesting and configuring AWS cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications.
Hands-on familiarity with Acronis PC image builds and AIC hardware integration.
Advanced background in Laboratory Informatics within life sciences.
