Location: Hybrid, NYC (2-3 days onsite)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects.
- Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery.
- Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management.
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus.
- Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
