Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, technical requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with technology, product, business, and leadership stakeholders to maintain alignment and project momentum.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Track project progress, manage project documentation, and provide regular status reporting and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
7+ years of experience in IT project or technical program management, including complex technology initiatives, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, resource planning, and cloud-based projects.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
IT Project Management, Agile/Waterfall, JIRA, Microsoft Project, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, DevOps, API Technologies, Microsoft Applications
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Project Delivery, Program Management, Resource Management, Risk & Dependency Management, Stakeholder Management, Financial Services
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Certification Required
PMP or equivalent is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex technology projects involving cloud platforms, software development, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred.
