Summary
UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring a PMP Certified Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience managing complex software development projects for a hybrid role in New York City. The successful candidate will have experience in end-to-end project management in all phases of the software development lifecycle with preference given to Project Management/Scrum Management professionals local to New York City with a valid LinkedIn profile.
Required Core Competencies:
- At least 8 years experience project managing large projects (end-to-end)
- Must have PMP Certification
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Experience managing project risks
- Experience implementing organizational change management
- Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in enterprise software development and infrastructure projects
Scope of Services:
- Manage cross functional business and technical teams in an Agile Delivery environment to deliver Software Development and infrastructure projects
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously of varying size and scope
- Create all project management artifacts including project schedules, project plan, status reports
- Manage all communications with project stakeholders
- Experience in Project Risk Management
- Must have Organizational Change Management experience
- Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week
